We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how returns and refunds work. It doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Returning stock designs
You can return any item from our shop within 28 days of receiving it, for any reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them.
- Email us at timebombprints@hotmail.com with your order number and the items you’re returning.
- Post the items to: Timebomb Custom Printing, The Basement, 22 George Street, Croydon, CR0 1PA.
- You pay the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, because we can’t refund items that don’t reach us.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. If you return your whole order, we’ll also refund the original standard delivery charge. We may reduce a refund if an item has been worn, washed or damaged.
Custom and personalised orders
Items printed to your own design or personalised for you (for example with names, photos or dates) are made specially, so we can’t accept returns of them unless they are faulty or not what you ordered.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us at timebombprints@hotmail.com or 0208 686 7730 within 30 days. We’ll cover the cost of returning it and offer a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.
